We can plan an assortment of gatherings, such as concerts, festivals, weddings, anniversaries, corporate groups, family reunions, life celebrations, and curated travel experiences. With Fuse Events on-board we take care of any or all event management needs.
Fuse Events has experience planning and coordinating budgets, event design and details, guest lists, timelines, and activities. We can offer vendor referrals, one-on-one planning sessions and custom packages to cater to your every need.
Partial Planning

You plan, we help in areas that you don’t want to take
care of or if you get stumped.
Offer referrals of trusted wedding professionals, advice
on design, seating and layouts.
Contact all your vendors to ensure they understand their
responsibilities and time to show up.
Consultation to review your plans and contracts
Keep you organized and on task with your checklist (what
still needs to be done)
Create timelines for rehearsal and wedding day production.
Coordinate/direct rehearsal practice, wedding ceremony

Day Of

Consultation to review your plans and contracts
(Unlimited scheduled phone calls, emailing and support ongoing from
time of signed contract, but more contact starting 1 month prior to event) 1 site tour, if applicable).
Serve as your on-site director to ensure everything goes as scheduled.
Coordinate arrival time to meet and assist all your vendors and final payments.
Organize rehearsal, processional & reception
Event itinerary - Create a timeline for wedding day production.
Decorating assistance.
Contact all your vendors to ensure they understand their responsibilities and time to show up.
Arrange for gifts and items to be taken to room or designated vehicle.
Coordinate wait staff, servers, and clean-up crew, post cleanup and break down as needed.
10 hours on the day of. $100 per hour for overtime.
Corporate/Family Groups/ Travel Experiences

Payments:
All deposits are non-refundable. All final payments are due on the event day, no exceptions!
Any late payments will have $100 a day added to final invoice after the event day due date.
